Managing Partner
Jared Londry
Jared Londry is the Managing Partner of PointBlank Ventures, where he leads investment strategy, transaction origination, capitalization and joint-venture formation across the firm's principal and advisory businesses. He has completed approximately $5 billion in property- and entity-level transactions.
Before PointBlank, he served as Co-Market Leader at Stream Realty Partners, overseeing the firm's Carolinas platform across Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham and Greenville, South Carolina. He spent the prior decade as a Managing Director within Cushman & Wakefield's Institutional Advisory Group, focused on equity placement and investment sales of office and retail assets across the Sunbelt. Throughout his career, he has advised institutional and private investors on acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations and entity-level M&A, including growth capital and succession planning for real estate investment managers and operating companies.
Jared earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from North Carolina State University and an MBA from the University of Georgia. He lives in Charlotte with his wife, Catherine, and their three children, Adeline, Alexandra and Theodore.
