I started PointBlank in 2023 with a simple belief: the best real estate in our markets sits in the neighborhoods people already love, and it deserves the same discipline that institutional capital brings to towers and corporate campuses.
That belief runs through everything on this page. We buy and reposition buildings in those neighborhoods, we advise the capital that wants to own there, and we do both with people we have known for years and expect to know for many more.
