The Sugar Mill
933 LOUISE AVE
PLAZA MIDWOOD, CHARLOTTE
A 65,000 SF adaptive reuse mixed-use property in Plaza Midwood, one of Charlotte's most established walkable neighborhoods. Since acquiring the property in 2024, PBV has converted a large former brewery space into smaller suites built for neighborhood services and users, a repositioning that brought HyLo Fitness's first Charlotte studio to the building, and has renovated the property throughout: reconfigured interiors and new corridors, expanded patios, added storefronts and covered awnings, and new branding and signage. Today the building is home to Hygge coworking and HyLo, and occupancy has grown from 73% to 93%.
