Managing Partner
Jared Londry
Jared Londry is the Founder and Managing Partner of PointBlank Ventures. From his 15 years in the industry, Jared brings an unrelenting drive to deliver success for his clients, a wealth of industry and market knowledge, and an innate ability to create relationships that connect capital to opportunities. Jared envisioned PointBlank Ventures as a global gateway to capital, empowering best-in-class operators, forward-thinking entrepreneurs, and niche industry specialists to propel their investment strategies and firms toward exponential growth.​
Prior to PointBlank Ventures, Jared served as Executive Managing Director and Co-Market Leader of Stream Realty Partners’ Charlotte office, and Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Throughout his career in commercial real estate, Jared has represented some of the largest institutional investors in North Carolina, having completed $4.5 billion dollars of investment property transactions.
Jared earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance at North Carolina State University and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia. He lives in Charlotte with his wife, Catherine, and their two daughters, Adeline and Alexandra.
Chief Operations Officer
David Cockey
David Cockey is a seasoned professional in the world of real estate, alternative assets, and consulting. A Charlotte transplant with over a decade of experience, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role at PointBlank Ventures, where he oversees and executes the firm’s strategy, accounting and operations, and stakeholder engagement.

David joins PointBlank from Altus Group, where he launched its first commercial real estate predictive analytics solution and was a leader on their advisory team consulting on corporate capital investments, site selection, and economic development incentives and tax credits.

David's entrepreneurial spirit shines through his involvement in various startups and consulting engagements. David served as the Chief Financial Officer of SecurSpace, an online marketplace for Industrial Outdoor Storage.

David holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte, complemented by an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Towson University. David is also a licensed CPA.
In his role at PointBlank, David continues to utilize his multifaceted skill set to support our clients and investors and drive our success. He resides in Charlotte with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
