Jared Londry is the Founder and Managing Partner of PointBlank Ventures. From his 15 years in the industry, Jared brings an unrelenting drive to deliver success for his clients, a wealth of industry and market knowledge, and an innate ability to create relationships that connect capital to opportunities. Jared envisioned PointBlank Ventures as a global gateway to capital, empowering best-in-class operators, forward-thinking entrepreneurs, and niche industry specialists to propel their investment strategies and firms toward exponential growth.​

 

Prior to PointBlank Ventures, Jared served as Executive Managing Director and Co-Market Leader of Stream Realty Partners’ Charlotte office, and Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Throughout his career in commercial real estate, Jared has represented some of the largest institutional investors in North Carolina, having completed $4.5 billion dollars of investment property transactions.

 

Jared earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance at North Carolina State University and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia. He lives in Charlotte with his wife, Catherine, and their two daughters, Adeline and Alexandra.

David Cockey is a seasoned professional in the world of real estate, alternative assets, and consulting. A Charlotte transplant with over a decade of experience, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role at PointBlank Ventures, where he oversees and executes the firm’s strategy, accounting and operations, and stakeholder engagement.

David joins PointBlank from Altus Group, where he launched its first commercial real estate predictive analytics solution and was a leader on their advisory team consulting on corporate capital investments, site selection, and economic development incentives and tax credits. 

​

David's entrepreneurial spirit shines through his involvement in various startups and consulting engagements. David served as the Chief Financial Officer of SecurSpace, an online marketplace for Industrial Outdoor Storage.

David holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte, complemented by an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Towson University. David is also a licensed CPA.

 

In his role at PointBlank, David continues to utilize his multifaceted skill set to support our clients and investors and drive our success. He resides in Charlotte with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.

With over 17 years of experience in real estate investment management and investment banking, Marc Munichman has advised institutional clients and capital partners on transactions and financings exceeding $175 billion in asset value. As Partner and CIO at PointBlank Ventures, Marc spearheads the firm’s investment activities, shaping and executing strategy, fostering key capital relationships, and overseeing the company’s investment management operations.

​Before joining PointBlank, Marc served as Managing Director at Alpha Residential, where he was responsible for providing executive leadership and overseeing the functional areas of investments, capital markets, investor relations and corporate development. Prior to Alpha, Marc was an SVP within the real estate investment banking group at Jefferies and also held the role of VP at BlackRock, where he was part of an elite advisory team responsible for underwriting and managing over $150 billion in commercial real estate investments.  ​

 

Marc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Marc resides in Charlotte with his wife, two daughters, and their rottweiler, Cupcake. 

As VP of Private Capital, Brenton Bersin leads business development for PointBlank Ventures with a focus on alternative investments and private capital. Brenton is a Charlotte native who has spent his entire professional career here. His expertise is in a broad range of verticals including financial services, technology, venture capital, and alternative assets.

Brenton joins PointBlank Ventures from his own venture, Outlast DFS, where he founded a technology start-up in the fantasy sports vertical. Brenton served as CEO and has managed and led multiple private seed capital raises to date. Prior to this, Brenton worked for an independent advisory firm as a wealth manager for two years, with a focus on business development and alternative investment analysis.

Brenton holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Accounting from Wofford College. In addition to his financial expertise, many know Brenton for his six-year career in the National Football League, playing for the hometown Carolina Panthers.

In his role at PointBlank, Brenton plans to leverage his background in sports, technology, and finance to drive the success of PointBlank Ventures and our clients. He lives in Charlotte with his wife, Olivia, and their Newfoundland dog, Valentine.
